Shipping Information:

Methods of shipping

- All US domestic orders will be processed via USPS, with delivery confirmation, unless requested differently by customer (additional charges will apply in consequence with the service chosen). - All international orders will be processed via UPS or other carrier to ensure tracking information.

We usually ship within two business days after receiving the order. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately. Orders that specify Overnight delivery will arrive on or before the third business day from the order date (if placed before 3pm). Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

Sales Tax

- US Residents (except New York)

There is no sales tax for most products for customers residing outside of the state of New York.

- New York State Residents

We are required by law to collect a NY sales tax (rate may vary) on taxable products shipped to the State of New York. For all taxable items, sales tax will be added to the purchase value of these products only (and to the shipping fee) when you enter your order and before you confirm it.

Returns and Refunds

- You may return unopened products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product), we will also pay the return shipping costs. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail, once we have received the returned product.

- Items received after the 7-day return period will be rejected: your package will be returned to you at additional shipping costs or will be kept with no credit issued.

- In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, email us at info@opensmileembrace.com within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to either repair or exchange the damaged product.

- In the event of a "no fit" or "customer changed mind" situation on stock merchandise, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, which includes a 15% restocking charge. We will pick up and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling charge) if we are notified within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

- No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us, unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise for identical products. For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge.

- Final Sale Merchandise: certain discounted merchandise has been clearly marked on the site with a Final Sale tag. In these cases, the prices are so low that we cannot accept the merchandise for return.

- We cannot exchange, replace or credit personalized /customized items or sales items.

- Indicate the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the product you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the copy of invoice.

- For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package.
